A very basic rule of thumb in animation is that when a character does a run or walk cycle, the foot and hand on one side move forward and backwards directly opposite to each other. In other words, when your left foot is forward, your right arm is moving forward too. Inversely, you right foot is behind you, as well as your left arm.
In the first panel, Thistle's left arm and left foot are moving forward, but by the time I realized it was already inked. Ah well.
